First off, CONGRATULATIONS to the newly elected officers of the 2010-2011 Service Year! This is a first time in a while that we will have a complete e-board upon entrance into the new service year!

Once again, congratulations for everyone who ran. I see great things in the future of Circle K. The new term begins in less than one month, on April 1st!
The next most pressing issue is DISTRICT SERVICE DAY, which will be taking place this Saturday March 6th, 2010 in the LION'S LOUNGE in the College Avenue Student Center (The Lion's Lounge is Located in the basement down the hallway to the right of the computer lab. The door is on the right. Don't worry! We will have signs)
We will be starting promptly at 11:15 AM, as one outreach group may have to leave at 11:30 AM. There is no definite ending time, but we will probably entirely conclude by 5 or 6 PM.

(4) Care Packages for Troops. (I hope you guys have remembered to work on your letters. Don't worry about the envelopes and packaging materials. We will be supplying these. Also, remember to bring a photograph to include in the letters to the troops! Call me for questions)
OUTREACH EVENTS
(1) Build-a-Bear Workshop! (Make Teddy bears for Children's Specialized Hospital) (Erica and Cait)
(2) Ronald McDonald House (Make Dessert for the Homeless (8 people MAXIMUM) (Rachel Moseson)
TENTATIVE EVENTS
(1) Surgery Doll Making
(2) Tiny Tots Preschool (painting and cleaning)
(3) House of Manna (serving food to those in need)
